Richard Bertinet Bread Demo @ Neston

We are excited to be welcoming the internationally acclaimed, Breton baker, Richard Bertinet to our kitchen.

Richard has been training as a baker since the age of 14.  He never fails to convey his passion and knowledge of this subject, through his demos, in the charming and animated manner we know and love.

It is practically impossible to leave a Bertinet demo without wanting to run off and buy a bakery, and make bread for the rest of your days!

Richard will be demoing two of his most spectacular recipes from his latest book ‘Crumb’ which is due to be released in Spring 2019.

Expect a fun and informative evening full of bread and wine.

About Richard: Born in France, but very much an anglophile, Richard has been living and working in the UK for the last 30 years.  His work on baking has brought many awards including BBC Food Champion of the Year and a host of awards for his baking books DOUGH and CRUST which revolutionised home baking for many.
