Hartley Farm Shop Online

You can now buy our home-reared meat, home-grown fresh produce and a range of other items from our farm shop, all online and from the comfort of your own home. We are currently offering a click and collect service, and a local delivery service prioritising those that are vulnerable and cannot visit our farm shop or make use of our click and collect service.

 

Click & Collect

You can shop our entire online range and when you have filled your basket, you can select the ‘click and collect’ shipping method along with a date and time slot to suit you. Our minimum order for click and collect is £25. When you have made your purchase, you will be sent a confirmation email with a contact number. When you come to collect your order, just give the number provided a call and we will bring your shopping to your car for you, providing a contactless shopping experience for you.

 

Local Delivery

For those that cannot visit our farm shop, or make use of our click and collect service, we are providing a local delivery service. The minimum order is £40 and delivery is £5. The local delivery option will be available for you to select at the checkout stage if you have a valid postcode for delivery and your basket contains over £40.

Online Shop FAQs

How can I order food from you?

We have an online shop offering a click and collect service with an ever-increasing range of products available. You can browse through our products adding to your basket as you go. When you have finished shopping, head to the checkout page where you can select a date and time slot to collect your order from the farm shop.

I'm self-isolating, can I still use your click and collect service?

Yes, you can. Our click and collect service is completely contactless. When you arrive in our car park, give the phone number we provided in your order confirmation a call and we will bring your shopping to your car, just make sure you have your boot open ready for us to pop your shopping in. 

Are you delivering to my area?

We are currently delivering to only those that cannot use our farm shop or click and collect service. 

Our current delivery postcodes are: BA15 , BA2 6, BA2 7, BA1 7, SN12 8, SN13 8, SN13 9 and the Holt area.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders at the moment, we are unable to allow alterations to your order after it has been placed.

Do you have any issues with stock?

We have restrictions on a few lines but most of our fresh produce which we source directly from local farmers, growers and producers are in good supply.

Can I place a regular order?

You can place an order each week, however, we are unable to set up a subscription type service currently.

Can I order for other people?

Yes! Due to the volume of orders, it would be very beneficial to you and us to group together with families or neighbours to collate your orders and make one order with us.

Can I still use my loyalty card?

If you are shopping in our farm shop you can still use your Hartley Farm Loyalty Card. However, we currently do not have the ability for you to use your loyalty card through our online shop. We are currently working on a separate loyalty system for our online shop and we’ll keep you posted on progress!
