This unusually dark milk chocolate comes from Trinitario beans that are traceable and sustainably grown on the Mekong Delta in Vietnam. The chocolate has flavours of toffee, coffee and milk with a lasting finish. Laced with flakes of sea salt from Maldon, Essex which brings out the toffee notes of the chocolate.
