This rub has the perfect combination of smoky, sweet and savoury notes that goes with just about anything. We like to liberally sprinkle it over whatever we are cooking and then rub it in so the flavours have a chance to penetrate. You can either do this just before cooking or up to 24hrs in advance for bigger pieces of meat.
