My Hartley Loyalty Scheme

At Hartley, we love rewarding our community. That’s why we created the My Hartley Loyalty App – a simple way to enjoy more of the food and experiences you love.

Every time you shop in our farm shop or dine in the kitchen, you’ll collect My Hartley Points when you present your app on your phone at the checkout. These points quickly add up and can be redeemed for exclusive rewards – from free coffees and farm-fresh treats to special offers and seasonal experiences.

For those who prefer something more tangible, our traditional loyalty card and key fob are still available and can be used in the farm shop as always. But the app is designed to make life even easier – no more carrying extra cards or worrying if you’ve left them at home. With your digital My Hartley App, you can track your points, redeem rewards, and keep everything in one handy place.

1. How do I join the loyalty scheme?

You can join by downloading the My Hartley App on iOS or Android, or by picking up a loyalty card or key fob from the farm shop tills.

2. Does it cost anything to join?

No — our loyalty scheme is completely free. It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting local food and our farm.

3. How do I collect points?

You’ll collect My Hartley Points every time you shop in the farm shop or dine in the kitchen. Simply scan your app, loyalty card, or key fob at checkout.

4. What rewards can I earn?

From free coffees and farm treats to exclusive offers and seasonal specials, there’s always something delicious to look forward to.

5. Can I still use my physical loyalty card or key fob?

Yes, absolutely. These can still be used in the farm shop. However, we recommend switching to the app for extra perks like points tracking, easier checkout, and access to loyalty news and offers.

6. Do I lose my points if I switch to the app?

No — your points balance is linked to your account. Whether you use the card, key fob, or app, your points will stay the same.

7. What’s special about the app?

The app makes it easy to track your points and rewards, carry your My Hartley Card digitally, and receive loyalty-specific news, offers, and event invites directly through the in-app news feed.

8. I need help signing up — what should I do?

No problem! Just ask our shop or kitchen team, and they’ll be happy to get you started. You can also get in touch via our website for support.

Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

  • You must be 18 years or over to be eligible to become a Hartley Farm loyalty scheme member.
  • Collect 1 point for every £1 spent. 1 point is worth 1 penny to spend on products in-store. This may be subject to change for promotional reasons.
  • Cards or App must be presented at the time of purchase before the transaction has been completed. 
  • Points cannot be added without the physical card or App present at the time of purchase.
  • If the card or App is not present, keep your receipt and the points from that transaction may be added at a later date. 
  • Each receipt can only be redeemed once.
  • Your rewards can be redeemed on any subsequent visit to Hartley Farm in our Shop or Kitchen.
  • Any points not used on purchases within 1 year from their collection date will be removed from your card and the remaining points balance altered. These will be unable to be redeemed for goods at this point.
  • In the event of a lost or stolen card please let us know so we can arrange a replacement card.
  • All offers linked to our loyalty scheme are subject to availability.
  • Cards have no monetary value.
  • You can terminate your membership at any time by advising us in writing. Any outstanding points which you have accrued will be immediately cancelled and no cash payments or other compensation will be provided.
  • This card remains the property of Hartley Shop who reserves the right to decline the issue, change the terms or withdraw the card at any time. In case of withdrawal, any outstanding points you have accrued will be immediately cancelled and no cash payments or other compensation provided.
