Cured the traditional Wiltshire way, it is immersed in a live brine for three days, then the bacon is allowed to slowly mature for seven days. This cure gives our bacon a subtle, salty flavour with a distinctively meaty texture.

Each pack contains around 10-12 rashers (approximately 500g).
