When do Christmas food orders close?
Please place your Christmas food order by 13 December.
When and where do I collect my order?
Christmas food collections are available on 22, 23 and 24 December. Choose your collection date and time at checkout.
For Christmas collections, please follow the signs on site to the collection point. For orders outside the Christmas collection period, head to the farm shop.
Do you deliver Christmas orders?
We offer a limited number of local delivery slots on 22 and 23 December, subject to availability.
Enter your customer details, including your postcode, at checkout first. Available delivery options will then appear if your address is within our local delivery area.
How do I choose my collection or delivery slot?
Choose your collection or delivery date and time at checkout. Please fill in your customer details first so the available options can load.
For local delivery, make sure you have entered your postcode.
When do I pay for my order?
Payment is taken in full when you place your order.
Can I change or add to my Christmas order?
For changes or additions before the 13 December deadline, please email hello@hartley-farm.co.uk or call 01225 864948.
We cannot accept changes after 13 December.
