Pork, Gammon, Bacon and Sausages
Our outdoor-reared pork comes from Orchard Farm in Somerset, alongside Wiltshire-cure bacon and gammon from the Cornish Bacon Company. Our own butchers make the sausages and stuffing here at Hartley.
From roast pork with crisp crackling to gammon for glazing, bacon for Christmas morning and sausages and stuffing for the festive roast, there’s plenty here for the whole Christmas break.
Order by 13 December. Collect from Hartley Farm between 20–24 December.
