Cured the traditional Wiltshire way, immersed in a unique brine recipe, and smoked using a traditional method over Beechwood chippings. The result is a succulent, full flavoured bacon with a delicious, subtle smoky finish.
Each pack contains approximately 10-12 rashers (500g).
