Bath Blue – A classic blue veined cheese made from the milk of their own cows, ripened for eight to ten weeks to give a creamy, tangy flavour.

Bath Soft – This square cheese is soft and yielding with a white bloomy rind which, when cut,  reveals an ivory coloured interior.  The flavour is mushroomy and creamy with a hint of lemons.

Merry Wyfe – Merry Wyfe is a charming, cider-washed version of the traditional Wyfe of Bath, crafted by hand on the farm using the same farmhouse care and heritage. Each cheese is gently washed in the farm’s own pressed cider every other day for four weeks, producing a distinctive orange rind that is both visually striking and rich in flavour.

Wyfe of Bath – Wyfe of Bath is a traditional English farmhouse cheese, matured for 4–6 months to develop a rich, layered character. Its deep golden paste and silky texture reveal a firm yet bouncy cheese that melts in the mouth, reminiscent of a classic Gouda. Bath Cheese Straws (pre pack segments 200-250g each)
