From Wiltshire Smokehouse, which is a family run, traditional smokehouse. The fine quality of their produce is achieved using only age old methods and no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Atlantic Salmon reared in the clear waters off Scotland’s west coast. They fillet their Salmon by hand before dry curing with salt and smoking over Oak for 16 hours. They then remove the pin bones and trim each side before slicing and packaging it ready for you to enjoy. They select the smaller Salmon to give a leaner, less oily product.
