Turkey Breast Joint

Our boned and rolled turkey breast joints are perfect for those who prefer white meat. Sourced from Copas, our butchers prepare the turkey breast joint by removing the bones from the turkey and carefully rolling and tying the breast for a perfect, easy to roast and easy to carve joint.

**Please note that due to the unprecedented prevalence of Avian Flu and despite Copas taking all precautions possible to mitigate the risk of infection, the best solution to ensure they are able to protect their livestock is by bringing their production process forward. In order to do this, they will be required to briefly freeze their birds to ensure they have the necessary shelf life to last until December 26th.  Please be rest assured their turkeys are some of the very first that get placed in the UK and as a result they are already fully grown. This allows them to bring the slaughter forward whilst not compromising on sizes. They will be dry plucked, dry aged and boxed as normal.**
